ORDERING INFORMATION
How do I place and order?
Ordering from mypartystore.com.au is easy. You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 356 days a year.
What are my payment options?
You can pay with a credit card (American Express, Visa and Mastercard) or a debit card with a Visa/MasterCard logo online or over the phone. All payments are processed using our online secure payment gateway and merchant facility.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST(10%). We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
Secure Shopping
MyPartyStore uses industry leading technology and the eWAY secure payment gateway to ensure your online shopping experience is as safe as possible. We use 128 Bit SSL encryption. When you enter sensitive information (for example: your name, email address, credit card numbers) on a form on our site we encrypt that information with 128 Bit SSL encryption. 128 Bit SSL encryption is the industry standard encryption technology.
Order confirmation
When you complete your order we will send you an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order. If you spot any mistakes in relation to your order (for example, an incorrect delivery address) please let us know as soon as you can on either or on (02) 9977 6417. When we have despatched your order we will send you another email letting you know that the product(s) are on their way. This will also contain your tax invoice.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order for any reason get in touch with us as soon as you can. Generally we won’t be able to cancel an order that has already been processed by us. If we are unable to cancel the order then you can use our returns policy.
Additions or changes to your order
Please note that once you place an order, your order cannot be altered. If you wish to make additions to your order, we ask that you place a new order. If you have any questions about this, please email us on mypartystore@myinvites.com or call us on (02) 9977 6417.
Availability of stock
MyPartyStore makes every effort to ensure our products are available to meet your requirements; however like with all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without the knowledge of MyPartyStore or be backordered by our supplier. If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the published timeframe, our staff will contact you immediately to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order. Items on our website listed as "Available" are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe.
Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected as they are discovered and MyPartyStore reserves the right to revoke any offer, correct any error, omission or inaccuracy at any time (including after an order has been placed).
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Mypartystore.com.au delivers Australia wide. We do not deliver internationally at this stage.
Postage, handling & delivery is calculated at the checkout and depends on your location. Postage, handling & delivery costs are $9.95 (including GST) to Sydney metropolitan addresses and $19.95 (including GST) for all other Australian locations. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please click here for a list of Sydney Metropolitan suburbs and postcodes that receive the $9.95 rate.
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. Actual delivery will depend on your location and the items that you have ordered and can take between 1-14 days. Shipping will take longer to remote and non-metropolitan locations, and will be quicker to metropolitan East Coast locations. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
If you require Express Delivery, please contact us to discuss your options before finalising your order.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you're not happy with anything you buy from us, simply return it within seven (7) days of receipt of the product for either an exchange or credit to be used in our store within 6 months. Delivery costs (including packaging and handling fees) are not refundable.
To assist with our returns process, please contact us via email mypartystore@myinvites.com or phone (02) 9977 6417 with notification of any items you intend to return. Please supply the following information:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Product Name/Code
- Reason for exchange
We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Returns will be reviewed and authorised by us and all postage, handling and delivery costs will be incurred by the customer and will not be refunded. The only exceptions are if we made and error on your order, or in the event that your order is damaged during transit to you. In these two instances, postage, handling and delivery costs will be fully refunded.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email mypartystore@myinvites.com with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.
Our returns policy does not apply to items returned after your event date, items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (including underwear, earrings and swimwear) or personalised items. Our returns policy does not apply to sale items. Items purchased at sale prices cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you have purchased the wrong size or colour, or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, MyPartyStore will offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under the following conditions:
- All products must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt.
- The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.
- No returns or exchanges on personalised, custom coloured or sale items
- No returns or exchanges on bulk orders of 40 items or more
Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to MyPartystore in a saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and include your name, order number and reason for return.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged goods by email, quoting your order number and the product item within seven days of receipt of the item to:
mypartystore@myinvites.com. We will contact you to speak about an appropriate solution for you.
PRIVACY POLICY
MyPartyStore takes Privacy issues very seriously. In collecting and handling your personal information, we abide by the National Privacy Principles ("NPPs") established under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001. You can obtain information about the NPPs and your privacy rights at www.privacy.gov.au. At no stage will personal information be passed on to other commercial parties for the purpose of unsolicited contact or marketing.
The following Policy explains our information collection, use and disclosure practices. This Policy applies to all the information collected from you during use of our Web site, www.mypartystore.com.au the "Site". By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this Policy.

We may share some of your personal information with the suppliers of the products sold on our sites. This is only done to facilitate the delivery of the product(s) you have purchased.

Federal or State police authorities

Limitation of liability – To the extent permitted by law, MyPartyStore ’s liability for any breach of a condition or warranty is limited in the case of goods supplied by MyPartyStore to any one of the following options:
- the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
- the repair of the goods;
- the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
- the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
In the case of services supplied by MyPartyStore ,MyPartyStore ’s liability is limited to one of the following at our option:
- the supplying of the services again; or
- the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Content submitted by you - By submitting content for inclusion on our website (such as customer reviews) you grant MyPartyStore a royalty free, worldwide and exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, adapt and publicly display that content.
Legal capacity - By purchasing a product from a MyPartyStore website you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have the capacity to make a legally binding contract.
